Radmat Client CMS
Radmat provides you with full access to Project information and Reports, along with the ability to contribute photos, comments and Actions. Simply login at: radmatcentral.com/client-login
App 01: Logging in
You will be provided with your Radmat login by your Radmat administrator. Please keep the details safe. (You may be required to activate two-factor ID). If you forget your login please contact your Radmat administrator.

Your login details are the same for the app and CMS

To login simply enter your email address and password

You can tap ‘Explore Radmat‘ to view the website, data sheets and image gallery without being logged in

Tip: bookmark the page and add to your Home Screen for speedy access
App 02: Home Screen
From this screen you can access the Radmat website, explore and contribute media, view the Image Gallery and view Data Sheets.

Tap ‘Explore Radmat‘ to view content freely available, logged in or not

Tap ‘Dashboard‘ to view projects, reports, photos, videos, plans and orders

Tap ‘Sync Now‘ to update your app for the latest report and project information

Tap ‘Edit Favourites‘ to select/deselect items to be downloaded
App 03: Dashboard
The Dashboard is your main area for accessing content. From here you can view and interact with Projects and Reports as well as photos, videos, plans and orders. Tapping ‘Projects‘ will present a list of allocated Projects as set for you by administrators, within which you can search and add to favourites.

Projects: view your allocated Projects and add to/remove from favourites

Reports: view your allocated Projects and add to/remove from favourites

Photos: view photos contained within Project details if present

Videos: view installation videos for Radmat products
App 04: Projects
View and interact with Projects. Find a Project using the search or scan the list. To sync a Project and view its data simply tap the Project record and it will be added to your favourites.

Tap in the field ‘Search Projects‘ to find reports by name or PR number

Tap the ⭐️ star icon or Project name to add it to/remove it from your favourites

Filter Projects by Technical adviser in the ‘Filter user‘ dropdown

Tap a Project to open it and add it to your favourites
App 05: Reports
View and interact with Reports. Find a Report using the search or scan the list. To sync a Report and view its data simply tap the Report record and it will be added to your favourites.

Filter reports by Technical adviser in the ‘Filter user‘ dropdown

Tap the green folder icon to view the parent project details
CMS 01: The Dashboard
Visit radmatcentral.com/client-login
You can access all sections of the Radmat platform from within the Dashboard via app, tablet, laptop or desktop. Here we see how to login via desktop. Simply enter your username and password and you will see your attributed content.

Tap a Project name to open it and view its contents
CMS 03: Reports
Your favourited parent Projects will display their Reports according to the sync settings set in your app or here in the Favourites section. Editing your favourites here will also change them within the app.

CMS 04: Actions
Actions are work items that are set by Radmat SQTs for the attention of team members and contractors. As a contractor you are able to respond to Actions, view work in progress, see ToDo items and Warranty Exclusion issues. You can respond to Actions by tapping ‘Edit Action‘ and setting its status.
